Amitié Wines ships to most US states. Some states have restrictions on wine shipments — if your state isn’t eligible you’ll be notified at checkout before payment is taken.
Free shipping
Orders of 12 or more bottles ship free to most US states. For orders under 12 bottles, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We keep our rates as low as possible — in most cases below the actual carrier cost.
When we ship
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday. This schedule keeps your wine out of carrier warehouses over the weekend where temperature control is limited.
In summer months we monitor temperatures along your shipping route. If conditions are too warm for safe transit we’ll hold your order and notify you — we’d rather delay a shipment than risk the wine arriving damaged.
Delivery
An adult signature is required at delivery. The person signing must be 21 or older. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.
Damaged orders
If you receive damaged bottles, contact Jason within two days of delivery at jason.berry@amitiewines.com or 858.353.5055. Please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
