Antoine Bouvet Champagne

5-hectare family estate with a vineyard located in the Grande Vallee de la Marne. The parcels are classified as Premier Cru in the villages of Avenay Val d’Or, Bisseuil and Mareuil sur Ay. Antoine has taken over the activity and the brand created by his grandfather in 1970. He has launched his own brand in 2016 and takes care of the vinification of the entirety of the wine produced.

Each parcel is cultivated according to their features, with gras cover or plowing. The use of chemical herbicides has been completely abandoned since 2016. 40% of this year’s cultivation is biodynamic. The addition of sulphure during the vinification is limited. The vinification partly takes place in barrels.
