Champagne makers Antoine Bouvet, Adrien Renoir, Bertrand Lapie, Quentin Paillard, and Flavien Nowack are the founders of Ciderie de Verzy. This venture, which began in 2021, emerged from a collaborative spirit among a group of friends united by their passion for the craft of cider-making. Their focus is on vinifying locally sourced apples and pears from the historic terroirs of Normandy, an area renowned for its rich agricultural heritage and cider.
Ciderie de Verzy is dedicated to producing a limited quantity of premium dry sparkling cider. Each batch is meticulously crafted using vinification techniques that are typically reserved for high-quality white and sparkling wines.
