DRY SPARKLING CIDER
Quentin Paillard, Flavien Nowack, Adrien Renoir, Bertrand Lapie and Antoine Bouvet are the founders of the Ciderie de Verzy.
A project of friends which began in 2021 with the desire to vinify apples and pears produced locally and in the great historic terroirs of Normandy. A small production of dry sparkling cider vinified according to the principles of vinification of great white and sparkling wines.
