François Buisson is the fifth generation of a family farming in Meursault since at least the early 20th century. 8.5 hectares, organically farmed across 14 appellations — from Bourgogne Aligoté and village Meursault through Premier Cru Poruzots, Charmes, and Genevrières. Some parcels date to 1927.

No bâtonnage. 12 months in barrel (20% new oak), six months in tank on fine lees. The wines are precise and mineral without being lean — pure Meursault from a domaine that has been farming the same land for nearly a century.

On the lists of Michelin-starred restaurants throughout California.
