Description
The wine
The Les Vignes Goisses in magnum — the same wine as the 750ml, in the format that ages most gracefully. Petit Meunier on Grand Cru chalk from one of the Montagne de Reims’ finest lieux-dits, rested for a minimum of 36 months on lees before disgorgement. Zero dosage. In magnum the wine’s development arc is longer and the peak more sustained — a wine made to be opened at an occasion that deserves it.

Everything is fermented and aged in barrel — old oak barriques and large oak foudres for the reserve wines.
