The wine
The rosé version of the three-village Les Monts de la Vallée blend — Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Bisseuil, and Avenay Val d’Or. The magnum blend differs slightly from the 750ml rosé — Pinot Noir and Chardonnay only, without the Meunier that appears in the 750ml version. A detail that matters: the two-grape blend gives the magnum a slightly different character — more structured, more mineral, less aromatic than the three-grape 750ml.
2022 harvest. Disgorged May 2025. Zero dosage throughout. Fermented and aged in old oak barrels — the same approach Antoine applies to every wine he makes.
A magnum rosé Champagne at the holiday table is the right format for a serious occasion. Large enough for the full table, precise enough to be the best thing opened that evening.
